Leading European R&D projects while mentoring engineers and supervising industrial PhDs, postdoctoral researchers, and Master's theses in collaboration with academia and industry.
I enjoy mentoring and inspiring the next generation of R&D engineers and researchers. My supervision approach combines scientific rigor, innovation, real-world industrial applications, and efficient engineering workflows - often leveraging Digital Twin technologies. Alongside my industrial role, I regularly co-supervise industrial PhD/Postdoc candidates and Master’s theses in collaboration with European institutions.
